Upgrading a heavily customised Odoo 14 system with 500+ users and complex production workflows. The featured migration case, in detail.
The problem
The database had 50+ custom modules and 10 years of history, and production planning ran on it every day. The upgrade couldn’t interrupt the factory.
What I did
Ported and cleaned up the custom code in phases, tuned the database, and ran the old and new systems in parallel to compare results before switching over.

Shipping management for a global logistics company
A custom Odoo shipping module that handles multiple carriers and real-time tracking.
The problem
The client wanted to replace an old standalone shipping system with something built into Odoo. It had to support more than 20 carriers, work out rates automatically and track parcels across borders.
What I built
A shipping module with carrier API integrations, automatic carrier selection, generated customs paperwork, and delivery-time estimates based on past shipments.

Integration hub for a multi-channel retailer
One integration layer connecting Odoo with Salesforce, Shopify, QuickBooks and the client’s own systems.
The problem
The client needed Odoo and 6 other platforms to stay in sync across more than 100,000 transactions a day, including when two systems changed the same record at once.
What I built
Integration middleware with a message queue, rules for resolving conflicting updates, data transformation for each platform, and monitoring that alerts someone when a sync fails.

A custom MES module for an industrial manufacturer, covering live production monitoring, quality control and connections to shop-floor equipment.
